People seek therapy for various reasons. You might be experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting impact of trauma. Perhaps you're concerned about relationships, feeling stuck in well-known patterns that prevent you from growing, noticing a sense of disconnection from yourself or the world around you. You may be navigating a significant loss or a turbulent life change, or simply sensing an inner call to live more authentically and more fully.

I'm Giedra, an integrative adult psychotherapist offering a space where all parts of you are welcome — your pain, your complexity, your questions, deepest desires and imagination, your potential. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. You hold the most profound knowledge of yourself — your story, experiences, feelings, memories, dreams, and the wisdom. I bring professional experience, practice, and a continuously developing understanding of how the mind and body work. By combining what we both already know and exploring what is unknown yet, we can make sense of painful emotions, patterns, or memories, and discover new perspectives and possibilities.

Therapeutic journey is not about fixing you — it is about uncovering and nurturing what is already within you. My role is to actively support and guide this process through questioning, emphasising, challenging and interpreting when appropriate, as well as nurturing your own inner resources. The therapy process is here to honour your unique journey while opening space for growth and transformation.
